Heather Van Norman

Heather Van Norman is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor, former NCAA champion track and field athlete, and longtime sports professional with deep ties to collegiate and professional athletics. After earning NFLPA certification in 2023, she expanded her role in the sports industry to include athlete representation, providing professional football players with guidance in contract negotiations, career planning, and long-term professional development. She is also widely recognized as the mother and longtime business manager of NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., having played an active role in managing his career before becoming a certified agent.
